Yes, it is real,
yes some is caused by man. The earth goes through cycles and that cycle make
the ice melt creating a flood then with too much co2 in the atmosphere the
earth goes into an ice age and then the earth starts to slowly heat up, the
heating up melts glaciers that cause the "flood”.
The study found
that 98% of the causes of global warming is carbon dioxide emissions from
burning fossil fuels that has been done since the 18th century. , Land use
change accounts for 30 percent of carbon dioxide emissions. The greenhouse effect
is great and the world's climate will change dramatically, inevitably again.
Source ecosystem
that is already used to the maximum level by overfishing and destroying large
areas of forest. Six billion people now use the earth's natural resources
excessively and uncontrollably. If global warming continues, the man and
civilization will become extinct as the dinosaur extinction.
Scientists
forecast to show an increase of 7.0 meter sea-level, low-lying areas will be
flooded.
Increased
awareness of the world community difficult. Educating them not to worry but to
ask them to act correctly and accurately.
The size of earth
has not changed so it intercepts the same amount of stuff from the sun as it
always did. However changes in the atmosphere could cause the earth to retain
more heat. For example lots of volcanic activity or burning lots of oil and
trees=more greenhouse gasses. We can estimate what man and volcanoes have
exuded into the environment over the years. Then we need to figure out where it
went. We notice changes in the ocean acidity and can can thus account for like
30% of it being absorbed there. We see some still in the atmosphere. Many
unknowns of course but ALL evidence points in the same direction.
I think the 3+6 foot rise in sea level in the next 100 years is inevitable no matter how much science or politics you throw at it. What is bad about it is that what needs to be done is planning for the inevitable not trying to reverse or stop it. Millions of people need to either move, change their way of life or suffer because of it.
But individual people are opportunistic and will largely act at the last minute and only as needed. Groups will shift behavior only after catastrophe. So it goes.

Climate change is
the greatest environmentalthreat of our time, endangering our health,
communities, economy, and national security
